My MASSAGE style is very thorough, balancing, and intuitive. I integrate Neuromuscular Therapy, Stretching, Alignment Based Techniques, Eastern Modalities, Energywork, Breath, and Mindfulness into my massages. I want you to leave your session feeling grounded, balanced, and transformed.
I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Kundalini YOGA as well as Meditation and Breathwork. (Kundalini is my true yoga love for its’ potent, powerful ability for quick transformation!)
My teaching style is both Energizing and Balancing, guiding students to drop into their bodies, connect with their breath, and always come home to their truth.
My Story
I first experienced the true MAGIC and ALCHEMY of MASSAGE when I was 21.
I had a big decision to make about which direction to take in my life, but the answer was cloudy...
I received a massage from a friend and during the session a LIGHT FLIPPED ON INSIDE OF ME, I HAD A RUSH OF ENERGY, I FELT MY WHOLE BEING ALIGN and SUDDENLY MY DIRECTION WAS CLEAR…
I had my answer! I already knew that I wanted to be a massage therapist to help people heal their bodies and minds, but this sealed the deal!
Massage Therapy can be so much more than physical healing and relaxation.
It can help us to ROOT to our INNER TRUTH, REMOVE BLOCKAGES mental and physical, ALIGN our WHOLE BEING and step into our PERSONAL RADIANCE and POWER!"
I was drawn to YOGA early on as a dancer, gymnast and athlete in 1999.
Soon realizing there was much more to yoga than just physical benefits...
As I progressed on my yogic journey, (which has been a rollercoaster of twists and turns, sometimes a regular practice, sometimes not)
I healed my back and hip alignment.
I found deep support and connection in yoga during pregnancy.
It helped me to work through Fears, Doubts and learn to Breathe Fully.
I became connected with the Breath and Dance of Life inside of me!
When I had the wonderful experience of staying home with my young daughters, I became so immersed in being "Super Mom", that I became disconnected from myself...
Through the DEEP WORK of YOGA, MEDITATION & BREATHWORK:

YOGA IS AN ONGOING PRACTICE…It offers tools to be the best version of ourselves on and off the mat...On busy days, even 5 minutes offers a reset mentally and physically.
